Information Modelling and Management (IMM) methods for Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) can promote the adoption of environmentally sustainable practices. Despite wide regulatory framework existing drivers, Construction Demolition Waste (CDW) trends are still growing. The literature review analyzed IMM CDW management implementation during design phases although few studies focused on Green Public Procurement (GPP) integration from Client’s point view. This research aims at investigating efficiency MEAT to application strategies waste reduction resource valorization. study investigates role in promoting practices, introducing digital material inventory BIM phases, including environmental award criteria call tender documents. A Design Build (DB) procurement model was considered case a brownfield renovation construction new school northern Italy. methodology provided Client included method evaluate impact bids, allowing proper selective demolition planning, decrease, organization while their companies’ expertise procedures. replicability is demonstrated by positive results present previous studies.
